Payment
Please choose whichever payment option is most convenient to you:- Online - You can buy directly from this site by clicking on Add to Basket.
- Over the phone – We can take credit card payments over the phone, please email us with your details including a convenient time to call, or telephone 0116 2223276
- By post - If you would prefer to pay by cheque please email or telephone to reserve the items you want and we will hold them for 5 working days whilst we await payment. We will dispatch the item(s) once payment has cleared.
- Bank Transfer - You are also welcome to transfer monies through BACS directly into our account. Again please email or telephone and we will supply you with the appropriate details.
- In Person – It may be that you collect your order or that we deliver direct, in that case we can accept credit card payment or cash
Whilst we endeavour to maintain an up to date site it may be that an online purchase supersedes your postal or bank transfer order resulting in the stock being sold before we can reserve it for you. In the unlikely case that this happens we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative.
The website and images
We strive to maintain an accurate, accessible and up to date website. The site has been designed for a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768, if you have any difficulties navigating the site please contact us.The photographs represent each piece of work and whilst we try to ensure the quality and accuracy of each image we cannot guarantee they will be identical to the piece you purchase. This is particularly true of the domestic ceramics, where the photograph is representational of a limited edition run, within which each piece will differ due to the hand crafted nature of their production. You may also find the colour on your screen differs slightly from the actual piece.
Please note that the photographs are not to scale and approximate dimensions of each piece are included amongst the item's description. Where the prints are sold as framed, the dimensions refer to the frame.
You will find a small image showing how the print looks framed alongside each image of a print.
Despatch and Delivery
You are welcome to collect your order from our Leicester address or from one of our events. If you opt for delivery your order will be despatched within 14 days of payment received; if there will be a delay we will contact you as soon as possible. If you require a more immediate delivery please email or telephone us and we will be happy to discuss alternative arrangements.All orders are wrapped in our bespoke paper and thoroughly packaged using bubble wrap and sturdy cardboard boxes. We tend to reuse boxes and bubble wrap, this may be less presentable but it fulfils our aim to be as environmentally sound as possible.
Delivery prices are calculated on weight of the parcel. We do not send out boxes that weigh more than 10kg, if your order weighs over 10kg it will arrive in two boxes. Charges are as follows:

Refunds
We will refund any item you are not happy with on the condition that you contact us within 7 working days of receipt and we receive the goods, undamaged, in original packaging (where appropriate) and with its receipt within a further 7 working days. Please note you will not be refunded the insurance and delivery costs and will be responsible for packaging and shipping the order back to us.If the goods are damaged or broken in transit we will replace the item free of charge and cover the cost of return postage.
